At Our Brothers’ Keepers of Southern Illinois (OBK), reducing recidivism is a primary goal. Recidivism is the act of relapsing into criminal behavior after returning from prison or jail. We hope to provide our clients with solid ground upon which to build a new life so their new goals are attainable and allow them to break the cycle of criminal behavior.
